Inspiring Architect

     Today, in this busy world that we live in, people miss out on the simplest forms of beauty.  We complain that prices have gone up at the movie theater or our favorite hotel has gone from a full complimentary breakfast to a continental.  It is all about the price and rightfully so.  We have to be concerned.  What we are missing out on is all the entertainment that we have that is almost free.  Our only cost is  that of the Internet or a little gas.

     I can't afford to tour the world like I desire but I can tour Google Earth and I can Google places thousands of miles away.  What I find is exciting, mind boggling and mood bending.  Weather it be an old abandoned railroad tunnel in France or the tallest building in the World, Burj Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, it is all at our finger tips.  A short walk, which is healthy for us also, can reveal subtle and unique architectural forms.

     So take a walk, on your feet or just with your fingers and see what you find.  You won't know until you try.
